The project deck picked up three new cards. INFLATION joins the civic-research dashboards with the 2019–2025 cost-of-living story; BackyardDSN is a static DIY deep-space reference and utility console; nova-dash is the self-hosted homelab dashboard, in internal preview.

The landing page is no longer a wall of project cards. The deck moved to /projects, and the home page now leads with a live "What is NASA doing?" ticker that pulls active Deep Space Network links and recent DONKI space-weather notifications.

Added per-project readme pages with methodology + source notes for SPENDING, LIECHART, FARM, and friends. NCENTCOM and OSSmile picked up cards for the first time.

blackmesalabs.org is live. First three civic-research dashboards (SPENDING, LIECHART, FARM) are shipped and linked from the project deck. RogueWave and Artemis-Tracker land as RESEARCH / PREVIEW.
