Black Mesa Research Labs is the open-source / free-tier arm of the Novaprospekt program — a public R&D bench shipping civic-research dashboards, developer tooling, and OSS releases.

The work here is open by default. Every dataset is cited; every chart traces back to a primary source. There is no surveillance pipeline, no captive audience, no upsell. If something on the site turns out to be wrong, the fix is a pull request and a redeploy.
